Each Priyanca Khanna piece is thoughtfully made to order.
- Prepaid Orders: Please allow 15–20 working days for creation and dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
- Partial Cash on Delivery Orders: Please allow 15–20 working days for creation and dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4-5 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Made-to-Order Policy
All Priyanca Khanna garments are made-to-order to ensure the perfect fit and to maintain quality and craftsmanship. As a result, slight variations in embroidery, colour, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
We also offer Customisations for the best fit possible. Customisation requests are chargeable, starting from ₹2,000 onwards, depending on the nature and complexity of the design. All customisations are subject to feasibility and fabric availability.

Detailed size guides are available on each product page to assist with fit selection. Customers can also share their measurements to ensure the best fit experience. If you require further guidance, our team is happy to assist with sizing and product details prior to purchase.

Alterations

We offer lifetime alterations on all our garments. Clients may return their pieces for alterations at any time after purchase, subject to garment condition and fabric availability. Shipping charges for alteration services are borne by the client.
Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do offer alterations and customisations to ensure the best possible fit and experience. Clients may reach out to us for assistance, and our team will be happy to guide them through the process, subject to garment feasibility and fabric availability.
