Return and Exchange
At Priyanca Khanna, every garment is crafted exclusively upon order and made with meticulous attention to detail. As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
● The product received is damaged during transit.
● The wrong item has been delivered.
● The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:
● Order number
● Photographs and videos clearly showing the issue
● A brief description of the concern
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Approval
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange for the replacement or exchange of the product. The exchanged item will be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
As all pieces are made-to-order and often customized to individual requirements, all products sold on PriyancaKhanna.com are non-returnable and non-refundable.
