At Priyanca Khanna Label, every piece is made to order and carefully prepared at our studio. We work with trusted third-party logistics partners to deliver orders across India and internationally.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Where available, shipment updates may also be shared via WhatsApp.
DISPATCH TIMELINES
As all our products are made to order, orders are generally dispatched within:

10–12 working days from the date of order placement.

12–15 working days for orders placed during sale periods, promotional events or periods of exceptionally high order volumes.
Please note that dispatch time is different from delivery time. The above timelines refer to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping on domestic orders with a bill value of ₹3,000 or above.
For orders below ₹3,000, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines within India may vary depending on the destination, courier availability and other logistical circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship internationally to selected destinations.
International shipping charges for orders up to 1 kg are:

Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the eligible order value before applicable customs duties, import taxes and other destination-specific charges.
Priyanca Khanna Label reserves the right to exclude certain products, orders or destinations from free shipping where additional shipping or handling costs apply.
SHIPPING FOR HEAVY ORDERS
Our standard international shipping rates apply to shipments of up to 1 kg.
Additional shipping charges may apply for products or orders exceeding 1 kg due to their weight, dimensions, volume, packaging requirements or destination.
Indicative additional charges are:

Orders above 1 kg: ₹800–₹1,500 additional shipping, depending on destination and shipment characteristics.

Products or shipments above 2.5 kg: ₹1,500–₹2,500 additional shipping, depending on destination and shipment characteristics.
The final shipping charge may be determined based on the chargeable weight, which may be calculated by the courier using actual or volumetric weight, as applicable.
Where applicable, additional shipping charges may be calculated at checkout or communicated to the customer before dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes and destination-specific charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are outside the control of Priyanca Khanna Label.
Customers are advised to check the applicable import regulations and potential charges in their country before placing an international order.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the destination, shipping method, courier partner, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
International delivery timelines may therefore vary by country and location.
Any delivery timeline communicated at checkout or by our logistics partner is an estimate and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

Priyanca Khanna Label cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment or non-payment of applicable customs charges, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Priyanca Khanna Label uses third-party logistics and courier partners for domestic and international deliveries.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that orders are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays arise due to third-party logistics providers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
